High efficiency and energy saving screw host


The main engine adopts large rotor and low speed design, including two independent compression units. The rotor adopts the UV profile of the rotor newly designed by Z. after more than 20 finishing processes, the accuracy, reliability and effectiveness of the rotor profile are ensured.




The first stage compression rotor and the second stage compression rotor are combined in a casing and directly driven by helical gears. So that each stage of the rotor can obtain Z good linear velocity, and the compression transmission efficiency Z is high. The compression ratio of each stage of compression accurately sums up the reduced bearing and gear load, thus extending the service life of the main engine.







The compression chamber adopts ordinary cleanliness lubricating oil, and the bearing part adopts high cleanliness lubricating oil to ensure high reliability of the bearing. The compression ratio of each stage is small and the volumetric efficiency is high. Under the same power, the two heads bear the load, the bearing capacity is small, and the service life is longer.
