1. Replacement of oil filter

The oil core should be replaced after the first 500 hours of operation of the new machine. After that, it is recommended to replace the new filter element every 1500-2000 hours of operation. When changing the oil, it is recommended to replace the oil filter element together. The replacement cycle should be shortened when using in bad environment. It is forbidden to use the engine oil filter element beyond the time limit.

2. Maintenance and replacement of engine oil

The quality of screw oil has a decisive impact on the function of the oil injection screw machine. Outstanding oil products have good antioxidant stability, rapid separation, good foam clearing, high viscosity and good anti-corrosion function. Therefore, pure special screw oil must be used. The initial oil shall be replaced after the running in period of the new machine is 500 hours, and the new oil shall be replaced every 2000 hours thereafter. It is recommended to replace the oil filter together when changing the oil.

3. Protection and maintenance of air filter element

The air filter is a component that filters out air dust and dirt. If the air filter element is blocked or damaged, it will cause a lot of impurities and solid particles to enter the screw air compressor for circulation. This will not only greatly shorten the service life of the oil filter element and the oil fine separation core, but also speed up the wear of the bearing to enlarge the rotor gap, reduce the tightening efficiency, and even cause the rotor to be stuck. Maintain the air filter element once a week.

4. Cooler maintenance

The cooling effect of the cooler directly affects the operating temperature of the screw air compressor, so we should pay attention to the maintenance of the cooler.

5. Protection and maintenance of oil

Oil fraction is a component that separates lubricating oil from compressed air. Under normal conditions, the service life of oil fraction is about 3000h. If the service environment is bad, we need to shorten the replacement cycle. In addition, it should be noted that if the oil component expires or the pressure difference between the front and rear exceeds 0.12mpa, we propose to replace it.
