Principle introduction

(3) Tightening gas and injection process: during the delivery process, the volume is continuously reduced, the gas is continuously tightened, the pressure is improved, and the temperature is increased. Together, the mist like smoothness due to the pressure difference is injected into the tightening chamber, and then the function of tightening, lowering the temperature sealing and smoothing is achieved.

1. Equipment speed:
The exhaust volume of screw air compressor is directly proportional to the rotation speed, which often changes with the voltage and frequency of the power grid. When the voltage drops or the frequency drops, the rotation speed will drop, reducing the exhaust volume of the screw air compressor.
2. Inhalation status:

3. Gas leakage:

In order to reduce leakage, sealing teeth are provided on the tooth top of the driven rotor, sealing grooves are provided on the tooth root of the driving rotor, and ring or strip-shaped sealing teeth are also processed on the end face. If these sealing lines are worn, the leakage will be increased, so these factors should be taken into account in the ordinary protection;
4. Cooling effect:
During the contraction process, the temperature of the gas will rise, and the temperature of the rotor and the casing will rise accordingly. Therefore, during the suction process, the gas will be heated by the rotor and the casing and expand, so the suction volume will be reduced accordingly. Some rotors of screw type air compressor are cooled by oil and the casing is cooled by water. One of the purposes is to reduce its temperature. Safety precautions
1. Qualified personnel are required to operate, repair and maintain the compressor.
2. The tightening machine cannot be reversed. After the initial start or maintenance of the electronic control system, before starting the tightening machine, first confirm whether the rotation direction of the motor is the same as the regular rotation.
3. When disassembling high-temperature components, wait until the temperature is cooled to the ambient temperature.
4. Introduce the use of special oil for screw tightening machine. Smooth oils of different trademarks shall not be mixed.
5. Do not make any changes or add any devices that affect the safety and reliability of the tightening machine without the permission of the manufacturer.

7. It is not allowed to block the air inlet of the compactor during operation.

Protection and maintenance

Common troubleshooting
1. The machine does not start: check the main switch and power cord, and check the motor;
2. The machine does not load after startup: adjust the setting value of the pressure switch or replace the pressure switch, check or replace the solenoid valve;
3. The tightening machine does not unload and the safety valve discharges: adjust the setting value of the pressure switch or replace the pressure switch, check or replace the solenoid valve;
4. Excessive oil consumption: use oil according to the recommendation, lower the oil level to the normal position, remove the oil return pipeline for cleaning, and replace the filter element of the oil-gas separator;
5. The exhaust pressure is lower than the regular value: reduce the gas consumption or add a compressor, check the leakage of the system, clean or replace the air inlet filter core, replace the oil-gas separator filter element, check or replace the solenoid valve, overhaul the air inlet control valve, replace the belt, and adjust the setting value of the pressure switch;
6. High temperature protection shutdown of the tightening machine: improve the environmental ventilation conditions, clean or clean the cooler, add oil to the regular position, and replace the oil filter;
7. During unloading operation of the tightening machine, the exhaust pressure still rises slowly, and the safety valve discharges: check or replace the solenoid valve, overhaul the air inlet control valve, and overhaul the unloading pipeline;
8. Relief of safety valve: overhaul or replace safety valve, overhaul extra small pressure valve, replace filter element of oil-gas separator, overhaul or replace pressure switch, and check intake control valve or solenoid valve.
Maintenance of air inlet filter element
The air filter is a component that filters dust and dirt from the air, and the filtered clean air enters the screw rotor tightening chamber for tightening. Because the internal clearance of the screw machine only allows particles within 15u to be filtered out. If the air filter element is blocked and damaged, many particles larger than 15u will enter the screw machine for circulation, which will not only greatly shorten the service life of the oil filter element and the oil fine separation core, but also lead to many particles directly entering the bearing cavity, accelerate the wear of the bearing, make the rotor gap larger, shrink the power, and even make the rotor dry and bite.
Replacement of oil filter
After 500 hours of operation on the first day of the new machine, the oil core should be replaced, and the oil filter element should be removed by reverse rotation with a special wrench. Screw oil should be added before installing the new filter element. Screw the seal of the filter element back to the oil filter base with both hands and tighten it firmly. It is recommended to replace the new filter element every 1500-2000 hours. When changing the engine oil, replace the oil filter element together. The replacement cycle should be shortened when using in a bad environment. It is forbidden to use the engine oil filter element beyond the time limit, otherwise, because the filter element is blocked seriously, the pressure difference exceeds the bearing boundary of the bypass valve, and the bypass valve opens actively, many dirt and particles will directly enter the screw engine with the engine oil, resulting in serious consequences. The replacement of diesel engine oil filter element and diesel filter element of diesel screw engine shall comply with the maintenance requirements of diesel engine, and the replacement method is similar to that of screw oil core.
Protection and replacement of oil and gas separator
The oil-gas separator is a component that separates the screw smooth oil from the compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil-gas separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of smooth oil and the filtering accuracy of air have a great impact on its service life. It can be seen that the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element can be shortened and the installation of the front air filter can be considered under the harsh operating environment. The oil-gas separator shall be replaced when it expires or when the front and rear pressure difference exceeds 0.12mpa. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded, the oil and gas separator will be damaged and the oil will escape. Replacement method: remove all control pipe joints of the device on the oil and gas barrel cover. Take out the oil return pipe extending into the oil and gas barrel from the cover of the oil and gas barrel, and remove the fastening bolts of the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel. Remove the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel and take out the oil. Remove the asbestos pad and dirt stuck on the upper cover plate. Install a new oil and gas separator, and pay attention to the nailing and binding of the upper and lower asbestos pads. The asbestos pads must be placed in order when they are pressed, otherwise they will cause cushion flushing. Install the upper cover plate, oil return pipe and control pipes as they are to check for leakage.
Maintenance and replacement
The quality of screw oil has a decisive impact on the function of the oil injection screw machine. Good oil products have good antioxidant stability, quick separation, good bubble clearing, high viscosity and good anti-corrosion function. Therefore, users use pure special screw oil. The first oil replacement shall be carried out after the running in period of the new machine is 500 hours, and the new oil shall be replaced every 2000 hours in the future. Replace the oil filter when changing the oil. It can be used in places with harsh environment to shorten the replacement cycle. Alternative: start the air compressor and run it for 5 minutes, so that the oil temperature rises above 50 ℃ and the viscosity of the oil decreases. Stop the operation. When there is 0.1MPa pressure in the oil and gas barrel, turn over the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas barrel and connect the oil storage tank. The oil drain valve should be opened slowly to avoid splashing of smooth oil with pressure and temperature and hurting people and dirt. Close the oil drain valve after the smooth oil becomes drops. Unscrew the oil filter element, drain the smooth oil in each pipeline together, and replace with a new oil filter element. Open the screw plug of the oil filler, inject new oil, make the oil level within the range of the oil scale mark, tighten the screw plug of the oil filler, and check whether there is leakage. The smooth oil shall be checked frequently during operation. If the oil level is found to be too low, the new oil shall be added in time. Condensate shall also be discharged frequently during operation of the smooth oil. In general, it shall be discharged once a week, and in high-temperature climate, it shall be discharged once every 2-3 days. Shut down for more than 4 hours, open the oil valve when there is no pressure in the oil and gas barrel, drain the condensed water, and quickly close the valve when there is oil flowing out. It is forbidden to mix and use different brands of smooth oil, and it is forbidden to use the smooth oil beyond the time limit. Otherwise, the quality of smooth oil will decline, the smoothness will be poor, and the flash point will drop. It is very simple to shut down at high temperature, causing spontaneous combustion of oil products.
