Twin screw engine
The main machine adopts the large stroke shell processing center equipment such as German demagi and Japanese Mazak, and the rotor processing Kapp screw grinder and large screw profile processing equipment. The twin-screw main machine provides advanced industry level for our customers by continuously optimizing the rotor profile and internal structure.
Permanent magnet motor
One is a totally enclosed, fan-cooled rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor. It has a series of characteristics such as high overload capacity, high efficiency, high power factor, stable operation, simple maintenance and strong interchangeability. It integrates asynchronous motor and general synchronous motor. It has super energy saving. When the equipment is under partial load, the motor can track the load power to change the speed, and can maintain high efficiency to achieve energy saving. When the equipment is under full load, the motor can operate efficiently. Compared with ordinary FM motor, the speed regulation range is wider and the energy-saving performance is superior. When the motor operates at low speed, it can maintain high motor efficiency. It has super energy saving.
