Too much water accumulated in the lubricating grease system will reduce the quality of the lubricating grease, destroy the structure of the filter material separated from the annular oil, and lead to potential safety hazards for the smooth operation of the screw air compressor; Too high operating temperature will not benefit the application of grease, which will cause bad chain reaction to other parts and endanger the application of the machine. The working pressure Z of the exhaust pipe of the machine is set under the guidance of the manufacturer's staff, so as to achieve better natural gas practical effect and energy-saving purpose.

And observe the discharge condition of condensed water (in severe cold temperature, clean the water of air compressor air tank, filter device and other components when shutting down to prevent some components from freezing and cracking; often clean the cooling tower, the whole body and air filter screen, maintain the natural environment of the main engine room clean and tidy, and add lubricating grease to the motor on time.
