Cause analysis of screw air compressor shutdown

1. When the screw air compressor is shut down, the air inlet is outward and the oil pump is outward

When the air compressor suddenly stops without immediately opening the automatic exhaust valve to discharge the flue gas, the air inlet sprays refrigerant oil. At this time, first check whether the bypass valve is faulty and cannot be closed normally. Second, check whether the flameout vacuum solenoid valve is faulty. If it is normal, further check whether the check valve on the main exhaust pipe can be closed immediately or completely. If there is a fault, clear it.

2. Fully automatic shutdown of screw air compressor during operation

There are two key reasons for the automatic power-off and shutdown of the equipment during operation:

First, distribution grid elements. Because the equipment itself contains safety protection equipment such as undervoltage device, phase fault protection device and high voltage protection device. When the working voltage of the power grid is less than about 90% of the rated current (380V), or when the live line of the zero line of the switching power supply is wrong and the three-phase power supply is out of phase, the power will be cut off and stopped automatically.

Second, the exhaust pipe temperature is too high. It is possible that there is a lack of lubricating grease, the cooling tower is blocked, or the temperature control valve is faulty and can not be in normal posture.

3. Working pressure of exhaust pipe of screw air compressor is too low

First, check whether all the bypass valves are open and whether the current is within the normal range. Then check whether the effective gas supply capacity of the outside is increased or whether there is leakage.

4. The temperature is too high

This is a common fault of screw air compressor, which is described in detail here. The screw air compressor is set with a high exhaust pipe temperature of 120 ℃. When the temperature alarm light flashes gradually at 110 degrees, it will stop automatically when the temperature exceeds 120 degrees.
