The maintenance of screw air compressor is very important, otherwise it will lead to machine problems and parts damage, which will greatly reduce the service life of the equipment. What harm will it do if it is not maintained?
1. The oil return pipe joint of screw air compressor is not cleaned: if it is blocked, a small amount of oil will enter the pipe with air after separation, resulting in large oil loss and oil shortage.
2. The air filter element of the screw air compressor is not cleaned and replaced regularly, which simply leads to the blockage of the air filter element and the reduction of air inlet and exhaust. Irregular replacement will form negative pressure expansion, pollutants will enter the machine, block the oil filter and oil core, deteriorate the cooling lubricating oil and wear the main engine. It is recommended to replace the filter element every three months and blow dust for cleaning. Although helpful, the filter element is fragile and slightly damaged. After cleaning, it is difficult to find the damage of the filter element. Assuming that the filter element is damaged, it indicates that the filter fails and impurities enter the air compressor, resulting in greater loss.
3. The oil filter is replaced irregularly: with the expansion of the front and rear pressure difference, the oil leakage decreases, the exhaust temperature of the screw air compressor engine increases, and the engine stops. It is assumed that the front and rear pressure difference is too large, pollutants enter the machine, block the oil separator core, and wear the engine. Once coking occurs, the engine will get stuck. If you want to maintain it at that time, the cost will be very high.
4. The oil separator of the screw air compressor is not replaced: with the expansion of the front and rear pressure difference, the current of the main motor expands and the displacement decreases. Assuming that the front and rear pressure difference is too large to break down, the cooling lubricating oil will enter the pipe with the air until it is exhausted, and the engine will be shut down when the exhaust temperature rises.
