Advantages of variable frequency air compressor: with advanced control, monitoring and communication system, users can conveniently obtain technical assistance from suppliers around the world in time through the Internet. The variable-frequency air compressor sets the pressure at will and maintains a constant pressure supply. Under the set required pressure, the unit will always maintain a constant pressure supply of ± 0.1bar; It is satisfied that the user can set the pressure arbitrarily within the range of 3-14bar without changing gears or belts; When the gas consumption is small, the pressure remains unchanged and the rotation speed automatically decreases, so that only enough gas is satisfied. When the gas consumption is large, the pressure remains unchanged and the rotation speed is automatically compensated to ensure the gas supply needs; With variable speed control technology, the discharge capacity of the compressor can be perfectly combined with the gas consumption of the user, completely avoiding the loss of unloading power; Under the condition of intermittent gas consumption, the zero load effect of soft start avoids the peak value of current and torque, so the unit can start and stop indefinitely. Truly realize 0-100% stepless speed change, and control the generation of reactive power to a large extent; The pressure burden of 2bar is avoided, and the air compressor unit can directly save energy by 14%, because every 1bar working pressure reduction can save 7% energy loss.

The single machine application of variable frequency air compressor is generally aimed at a single independent air compressor. When the user's air supply demand does not need to work in a large output state for a long time, the single machine control of variable frequency can save energy very well. In the multi machine application of air compressors, the traditional way to control the pressure or air output is to run all the air compressors and adjust them through loading and unloading to meet the control requirements of pressure or air output. Obviously, all air compressors are running at full speed, which consumes serious power and is controlled frequently, especially when one is added too much but one is reduced too little.

It is ideal for multi machine frequency conversion control. As shown in Fig. 4, if the air pressure requirement or the air outlet volume is not high, only one air compressor is required to work. At this time, the variable-frequency air compressor can meet the requirements by adjusting the motor speed; When the frequency of the variable frequency air compressor motor reaches 50Hz and its air output still fails to meet the requirements, it is required to add a conventional (i.e. power frequency) air compressor (such as air compressor 1) for operation, and the variable frequency air compressor meets the requirements through speed adjustment; When the frequency of the variable-frequency air compressor motor reaches 50Hz again and still can not meet the requirements, two conventional air compressors (such as air compressors 1 and 2) need to be added for operation, and the variable-frequency air compressor meets the air output or pressure requirements through speed adjustment. On the contrary, when the pressure or air outlet is too surplus, it is required to subtract the corresponding conventional air compressor.
